Delivery Information

At Signmark we deliver nationwide and have partnered with DPD – recognised as one of the most reliable, proven courier companies who offer a complete tracking service to keep our customers updated on the progress of their order. They also give a 1hr delivery time-slot on the day of delivery. (In some cases very bulky deliveries may be made using an alternative courier company, but only ones that we trust to deliver to site) We try to ensure standard stock items are despatched as a next working day service (Mon-Fri) if your order is placed before 2pm, please call 01227 833979 or email if you need more information on delivery times and we will always try to accomodate our customer’s needs. Please note some geographical locations are unavailable for next day delivery, such as Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland.
If you are urgent for an order then please contact us and enquire about our Goldstar Service where we offer same-day or next-day delivery options!

Returns Policy

Damaged / Faulty Items
Please check your items for damage or missing items before signing for delivery. Your signature indicates acceptance of goods in satisfactory and complete condition. This therefore waives any right to claims against the delivery. If damage or missing goods exist in your order you must report this within 24 hours of delivery. We will then send out a replacement for the faulty item and arrange for a courier to pick up the damaged / faulty item.
Unwanted Order
If you have made a mistake with your order or no longer want the items, you may return items with no fault or damage to our Canterbury branch (Postage at your cost). A 10% re-stocking fee will apply. Bespoke or custom-made signage is non-returnable.
